Ena is increasingly becoming more concerned about her on-again, off-again relationship with a wonderful, outgoing, exciting, and caring, but, in Ena's eyes, non-ambitious young man. Ena is a real go-getter and expects any man that she is in a serious relationship with to be the same. Ena is also pondering some "trust" issues she has about the love of her life, Ali. She decides to read her journal - one that she has been keeping for over a year.
